Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME]. I am a Realtor here in [YOUR CITY].

When we write the contract there are a few milestones we will be considering.

The process is a planned and calendered series of events.

The first is applying for the loan.

We will note in the contract that you will apply for the loan within a certain amount of time to show progress is being made.

We will also note how long we will take to provide full loan approval.

This number is typically 20 to 30 business days.

We want to make sure you have plenty of time to inspect, and normally we will have between 7 and 10 business days to hire an inspector and deal with repair issues.

These numbers are all pliable, and are typically all negotiable.

We can discuss this all in greater detail anytime!

Ok, that’s it for now!

Thanks for being here, and make sure to check out the MORE FROM [your name here] button on this page for more great content.

Thanks so much again and feel free to pass this along to your friends, neighbors and even your work colleagues if they need my help.

Have a great day and happy house hunting!

Bye!
