Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME]. I am a Realtor here in [YOUR CITY].

If you are buying a single family home, and not a condo or a townhouse, then you should consider getting a survey.

While they typically are not required by the bank, it’s a good idea to know exactly where your property lines are.

The survey will also map out where the house is positioned on the lot, where the drive way is and in some cases, where the trees are.

This way if you are planning a fence, or are considering putting in a pool, you will be ready for planning purposes.

Surveyors can also help with subdividing and determining the flood elevation.

I can help you find a good surveyor if you need help… just let me know.

Ok, that’s it for now!
